A new generation in cell culture technology MiniPERM is an economical easy-to-use bioreactor which simplifies the high density cultivation of hybridoma and other cell types, and enables the cost efficient production of high purity monoclonal antibodies and other desired extracellular products (e.g. interleukins, viruses, recombinant proteins and peptides) in volumes ideal for screening purposes.

Cell culture vessel for
parallel investigations QuadriPerm is a rectangular cell cultivation dish with four divisions for cultivating cells directly on a standard size slides (76 x 26 mm). These dishes permit you to perform various tests on the cells, and after removing the slide, to quickly fix, color and analyze them.

The ideal combination FlexiPERM is a reusable tissue culture container made of silicone rubber and designed with a highly adhesive base which adheres to all smooth surfaces (e.g. glass, plastic and film). FlexiPERM is hydrophobic, non-toxic for tissues and resistant to heat, cold, and nearly all laboratory chemicals, making these chambers ideal for applications in cell culture technology.

FlexiPERM micro 12 is designed to be
used with a 76 x 26 mm DIN slide. It contains 12 standard wells for microtitration
system.

The reusable FlexiPERM slide tissue
culture container is designed to be used with a 76 x 26 DIN slide.
|
The FlexiPERM disc reusable tissue
culture container converts a 50 mm Petri dish (e.g PetriPERM 50) into a multi-well culture
chamber.
|
Gas-permeable but otherwise
impermeable PetriPERM 50 and/or PetriPERM 35 are both a disposable, sterile culture dish with a gas-permeable hydrophilic (adherent) or hydrophobic (non-adherent) Teflon growth surface. The bottom of the dish can be cut using a scalpel and then prepared for further applications: fluorescence microscopy, electron microscopy, phase contrast microscopy, confocal microscopy.

BioFOIL 25 designed with a hydrophilic and a hydrophobic side lets you create closed culture packs of almost any size. Cells grow on the roughened, gas-permeable film at the gas/liquid transition phase. This permits you to control the carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the direct vicinity of the cells. |
